Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Angelo Peruanton kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Izotz in the 3rd minute of play forced Ranquilón's goalkeeper Alfredo Froila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Froila came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Melero FC's Anier Izotz. But to his dismay, Anier Izotz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Melero FC's goalkeeper Alo Kuuda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anibal Erramu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Mogel got free with Alo Kuuda in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Angelo Peruanton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute Anier Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Froila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Izotz in the 25th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Peruanton during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 35 played minutes Ranquilón got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Teyo. After 38 played minutes Ranquilón got a freekick which was hit by Franco Spada. 39 minutes into the match, Ranquilón's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Fonso came free, but Alfredo Froila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Mogel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Alo Kuuda made a huge save. Ranquilón's Alfredo Froila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Fonso in the 47th minute of play.

After 54 minutes, Everardo Cambranes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ranquilón and the Melero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes Ranquilón got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Cambranes. Ranquilón's Alfredo Froila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Ranquilón from getting a goal against them. Everardo Cambranes got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 62nd minute, Everardo Cambranes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ranquilón's Alfredo Froila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Ranquilón from getting a goal against them. Yulian Borachev hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Joaquin Barros hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Jacinto Mogel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ranquilón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With his leg Alfredo Froila managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Melero FC's Edelmiro Fonso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alo Kuuda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Mogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Alo Kuuda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Mogel's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. After a rather tough play, Ranquilón's Anibal Erramu got a free kick in the 96th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
