The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, EstiloRedondo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Ponce to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Leo Gitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita jrs's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Gitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilídio Santiago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of EstiloRedondo FC booed when Chacarita jrs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Urtsin didn't get a good kick on the ball. EstiloRedondo FC's Ilídio Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Casomiro in the 12th minute of play. If Ubaldo Urtzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Urtzi, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Ubaldo Urtzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chacarita jrs's Fabricio Arano got a free kick in the 19th minute. Abel Casomiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ilídio Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Gitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Chacarita jrs's Celestino Vergaray got control of the ball when Björn Paulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Chacarita jrs getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Fidel Rufo hit a great ball. Ilídio Santiago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Gitano went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 33 minutes of play, Chacarita jrs's Leo Gitano made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilídio Santiago was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 36 played minutes EstiloRedondo FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Faro. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Leo Gitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita jrs's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Gitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilídio Santiago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilídio Santiago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Gitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Gitano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. EstiloRedondo FC's Björn Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Björn Paulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Vergaray having to interfere. Chacarita jrs's Lorenzo Teyo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hong Chen Di, made in the 61st minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Abel Casomiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ilídio Santiago, 0-3. In the 66th minute, Jacinto Faro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Chacarita jrs's Fabricio Arano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After some careless play in the EstiloRedondo FC defense, Abel Casomiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilídio Santiago. The EstiloRedondo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilídio Santiago should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the match, EstiloRedondo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Gitano came free, but Ilídio Santiago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidel Rufo scored 0-6 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilídio Santiago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The EstiloRedondo FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chacarita jrs were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
