It was a penalty for PARI FC! 15 minutes into the game, Niceto Panfilo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Alo Kuuda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reynaldo Eliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Peruanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 20 minutes of play, Melero FC's Anier Izotz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Eliu was left in no man's land by his defense there! PARI FC's Reynaldo Eliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Izotz in the 25th minute of play. Reynaldo Eliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Fonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Anier Izotz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Eliu. PARI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anier Izotz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 40 minutes into the game, Anier Izotz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Reynaldo Eliu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melchor Eli to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Angelo Peruanton kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reynaldo Eliu. That made the score 1-5 in the 59 minute of play. If Jesus Lando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Eliu made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Celestino Gilen sent off a good shot on target. PARI FC's attentive Genaro Rico managed to snatch the ball when Sixto Maxin made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. A collision led to PARI FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Baldomiro Loco hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anier Izotz got free with Reynaldo Eliu in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Melero FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Melero FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
