If Guillermo Sansone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, JUNI JUNI FC's Jaime Nuñez got a free kick in the 8th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Mauricio Inautzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Niva came out of the goal and Mauricio Inautzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Romeo Hillebo managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Racing Club's Osvaldo Fanuco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ceferino Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Hillebo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Sansone in the 22nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Club's Osvaldo Fanuco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Romeo Hillebo. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. Racing Club's Osvaldo Fanuco was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, JUNI JUNI FC's Gilberto Elizardo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Romeo Hillebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Fanuco in the 38th minute of play. Romeo Hillebo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Fanuco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Fanuco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 40th playminute. The wind increased when Osvaldo Fanuco made the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Fanuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Romeo Hillebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Hillebo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Fanuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute Osvaldo Fanuco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Hillebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, JUNI JUNI FC's Mauro Lopes got a free kick in the 60th minute. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Osvaldo Fanuco sped through JUNI JUNI FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Romeo Hillebo. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Marcelino Nuno hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, JUNI JUNI FC's Julio Arano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 75 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Luis Frascuelo. In the 82nd minute, Guillermo Sansone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Racing Club's Osvaldo Fanuco got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Fanuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Romeo Hillebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Osvaldo Fanuco sped through JUNI JUNI FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Romeo Hillebo. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Racing Club fully deserved thier win.
