Spectators: 7031 (Terracing: 5531, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicanor Blai started the match with the kick off. After 6 minutes, Maximiliano Oidor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azzurro FC and the Sugaritas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximiliano Oidor hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Dario Gallardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Indalecio in the 12th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Azzurro FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Oidor. With his leg Ubaldo Arotza managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Sugaritas FC's Nicanor Blai fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dario Gallardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Indalecio in the 16th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Fabio Afonso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ubaldo Arotza. Fabio Afonso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Dario Gallardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Indalecio in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cipriano Gagriel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azzurro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Gagriel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Gallardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benedicto Indalecio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sugaritas FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Marcelino Derwin hit a great ball. If Fabio Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedicto Indalecio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Nicanor Blai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azzurro FC's Ubaldo Arotza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benedicto Indalecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Dario Gallardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edelmiro Silbestre kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Modesto Jerano charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Modesto Jerano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 76 minutes, Benedicto Indalecio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azzurro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedicto Indalecio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benedicto Indalecio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Dario Gallardo made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Cipriano Gagriel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Sugaritas FC booed when Azzurro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Natanael didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Benedicto Indalecio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the game, Fabio Afonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sugaritas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azzurro FC the free kick. Fabio Afonso hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Benedicto Indalecio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azzurro FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
