Angelo Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Mantzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florencio Txanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Refugio having to interfere. Florencio Txanton struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Amador Refugio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dep. Tarrito. Adan Santikurtz made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Jáchal's Alfonso Uzuri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Bingen in the 28th minute of play forced Dep. Tarrito's goalkeeper Angelo Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bram Booy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Florencio Txanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bram Booy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Amador Refugio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute of the game Adan Santikurtz made a throw-in which Florencio Txanton played forward. If Florencio Txanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edelmiro Mantzio's late challenge caught a Dep. Tarrito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edelmiro Mantzio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dep. Tarrito booed when Jáchal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Mantzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Florencio Txanton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep. Tarrito's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Txanton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Refugio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adan Santikurtz hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Elpidio Cordearo in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jáchal's Eleuterio Torres. In the 89th minute, Edelmiro Mantzio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 96 minutes, Nicasio Felipo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dep. Tarrito and the Jáchal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 97th match minute, Dep. Tarrito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Felipo to maneuver through the defense.
