Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nunez Jerrald started the match with the kick off. Isidro Leguizamón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Bernard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, German Bittor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidro Leguizamón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Jerrald, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Nunez Jerrald made a precise shot to the right of Isidro Leguizamón. Almagro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Roman Salomon's late challenge caught a Almagro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roman Salomon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Lobos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Salomon to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Aballe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cipriano Silvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nunez Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Silvino stood somewhat misplaced when Venancio Aballe came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 27 minute. After 30th play minutes Narciso Romano shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Isidro Leguizamón and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Lobos booed when Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Amato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Bernard took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidro Leguizamón. Isidro Leguizamón dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 38 minutes of play, Lobos's Nunez Jerrald made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidro Leguizamón was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipriano Silvino was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Anastasio Chus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anastasio Chus really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. In the 45th minute of the match, Rodolfo Amato tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cipriano Silvino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Isidro Leguizamón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Jerrald in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 2-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anastasio Chus was the one to do the kick off. Nunez Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Isidro Leguizamón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When German Bittor fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Almagro's protests and gave German Bittor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Nunez Jerrald fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 61 minutes into the match, Nunez Jerrald dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isidro Leguizamón, 2-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gilberto Bernard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobos's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Bernard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Leguizamón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nunez Jerrald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Leguizamón having to interfere. Cipriano Silvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Chus in the 70th minute of play. Gilberto Bernard scored 2-6 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Leguizamón, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute Anastasio Chus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Silvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Almagro booed when Lobos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Quintano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Venancio Aballe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. German Bittor hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Isidro Leguizamón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Jerrald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nunez Jerrald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Leguizamón having to interfere. Gilberto Bernard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lobos's Nunez Jerrald got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Lobos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
