Adolfo Leoncio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Dangerous FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Teofilo Katia hit a great ball. With a little luck, Degaal FC.'s Aaron Intxixu got control of the ball when Mario Urtsua tried to sneak it across the goal line. Freddy Montrel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Intxixu having to make a save. With his leg Aaron Intxixu managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Dangerous FC's Mario Urtsua fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aaron Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Cordarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Leoncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Guzman in the 16th minute of play. The corner ended in Serafin Goyo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dangerous FC's Adolfo Leoncio did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Urtsua got free with Aaron Intxixu in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Dangerous FC's Lázaro Orlondon got a free kick in the 24th minute. Adolfo Leoncio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Goyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Honorio Guzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Leoncio having to interfere. Aaron Intxixu was a little too slow when Melquiades Cordarin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-1. Aaron Intxixu made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Freddy Montrel sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Degaal FC.'s goalkeeper Aaron Intxixu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Urtsua.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melquiades Cordarin was the one to do the kick off. Aaron Intxixu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Cordarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Freddy Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Intxixu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Degaal FC. defense, Freddy Montrel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Intxixu. The Degaal FC. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Intxixu should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Freddy Montrel notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Degaal FC.'s Aaron Intxixu. Aaron Intxixu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th minute, Salvador Nicholas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, Freddy Montrel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Aaron Intxixu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 76 minutes into the game, Melquiades Cordarin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dangerous FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Degaal FC. the free kick. In the 76th minute, Melquiades Cordarin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hipolito Mateo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Intxixu having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Degaal FC.'s zone, Freddy Montrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Intxixu came out of the goal and Freddy Montrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Degaal FC.'s Aaron Intxixu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Cordarin in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Mario Urtsua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Intxixu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Cordarin in the 85th minute of play forced Degaal FC.'s goalkeeper Aaron Intxixu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, Degaal FC.'s Serafin Goyo made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adolfo Leoncio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aaron Intxixu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Montrel in the 90th minute of play. Salvador Nicholas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aaron Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Montrel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Degaal FC.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
