Leonardo Asier stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adrian Sotero. 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Poro-Amigos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Arlo came free, but Javier Dimas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Iraunkor in the 18th minute of play forced Faro AFC's goalkeeper Adrian Sotero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Berdaitz's late challenge caught a Poro-Amigos F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Faro AFC booed when Poro-Amigos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Sotero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Asier, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Rolando Medero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Javier Dimas came out and tried to block the shot, but Rolando Medero slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 57th minute. Faro AFC's Adrian Sotero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Bembe in the 85th minute of play. Dionisio Bembe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Sotero having to make a save. Jesus Tauro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Rolando Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
