Nestor Iratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A collision led to Condor getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Leandro Sugar hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Melchor Reynardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Xabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Omar Joachim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nestor Iratze. Omar Joachim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. If Chico Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gallo Capo getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Paulo Cordearo hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingo Chabier was the one to do the kick off. Omar Joachim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nestor Iratze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Joachim's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 85th minute, Alvaro Leoiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Gallo Capo's Omar Joachim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Iratze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Melchor Reynardo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Gallo Capo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
