Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) Aaron Hernandez made the kick off and thus started the match. After 4 minutes, Saul Erauso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ombucto FC and the Timbues FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Ombucto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Erauso to maneuver through the defense. Silverio Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Marcelino Criston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Erauso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Alejo Inguma when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Aaron Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ombucto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Hernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Inguma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 18 played minutes Timbues FC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Brun. After some careless play in the Ombucto FC defense, Melquiades Chepe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelino Criston. The Ombucto FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelino Criston should have stopped the shot. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ombucto FC! In the 32nd minute, Melquiades Chepe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelino Criston was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Melquiades Chepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Criston having to interfere. If Silverio Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ombucto FC's Fermin Cortez got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Serafino Aurre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelino Criston showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Silverio Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Timbues FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silverio Belarmo was the one to do the kick off. Silvestre Magdaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Filiberto Montrelle hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Aaron Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alejo Inguma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ombucto FC's Marcelino Criston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Belarmo in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Hernandez in the 64th minute of play forced Timbues FC's goalkeeper Alejo Inguma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Timbues FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sebastian Soter hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Aaron Hernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Inguma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saul Erauso struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Alejo Inguma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ombucto FC. In the 81st minute, Silverio Belarmo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Silverio Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timbues FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Belarmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Timbues FC's Silverio Belarmo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Hernandez in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejo Inguma saved Timbues FC from getting behind.
