Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlos Ayala got the match started through his kick off. Lino Mazza came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Cirqueros de Floresta's Alonzo Fernanco. But to his dismay, Alonzo Fernanco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Deportivo Santa Gilda's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Lixandro came free, but Lino Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Anier Lixandro fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cirqueros de Floresta's protests and gave Anier Lixandro a yellow card for diving instead. Anier Lixandro kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Kryspin Topolski charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kryspin Topolski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Ayala got free with Filomeno Gorosti in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 played minutes, Cirqueros de Floresta's Atilano Gaizkine shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lino Mazza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cirqueros de Floresta reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The supporters of Cirqueros de Floresta booed when Deportivo Santa Gilda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Deportivo Santa Gilda's Carlos Ayala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filomeno Gorosti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Cirqueros de Floresta getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Bernardo Haritzeder hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cirqueros de Floresta's zone, Carlos Ayala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Gorosti came out of the goal and Carlos Ayala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filomeno Gorosti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Ayala, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Mariano Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Florentino Velasco hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Pablo Txema sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filomeno Gorosti skillfully saved the ball. In the 88th minute, Mariano Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Cirqueros de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Ayala came free, but Filomeno Gorosti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Ayala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Cirqueros de Floresta were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Deportivo Santa Gilda side.
