Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Osvaldo Baudelio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Carlos Ayala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Ayala in the 5th minute of play forced The Lawyers's goalkeeper Eriberto Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 played minutes Deportivo Santa Gilda got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Ulizes. Eriberto Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Nicholas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Ayala went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Carlos Ayala took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Nicholas. Eriberto Nicholas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Kryspin Topolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Eriberto Nicholas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Ayala took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Nicholas. Eriberto Nicholas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Kryspin Topolski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Nicholas having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Deportivo Santa Gilda got a freekick which was hit by Placido Teofilio. Carlos Ayala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Eriberto Nicholas was a little too slow when Carlos Ayala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-4. Placido Teofilio charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Teofilio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Placido Teofilio hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Elpidio Gabrio fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Santa Gilda's protests and gave Elpidio Gabrio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Deportivo Santa Gilda getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Elpidio Gabrio hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Carlos Ayala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felipe Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Ixidor in the 84th minute of play. Eriberto Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Ayala in the 87th minute of play. The throw-in from Ildefonso Cedro in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Santa Gilda's Pablo Txema. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Deportivo Santa Gilda had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
