Edgardo Peter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Chepe, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Leopoldo Acuña was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 11 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Chupacabras Reborn:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Timbues FC:s goal. Serafino Aurre shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Silverio Belarmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Peter having to interfere. The Timbues FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Timbues FC's Melquiades Chepe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Chupacabras Reborn's zone, Silverio Belarmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Peter came out of the goal and Silverio Belarmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Silverio Belarmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chupacabras Reborn's Edgardo Peter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chupacabras Reborn's Edgardo Peter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Belarmo in the 31st minute of play. Edgardo Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Chepe in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Timbues FC's Braulio Ladio got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Carmelo Innocenzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Inguma having to interfere. Edgardo Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Chepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Peter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Chepe, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Silverio Belarmo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Peter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. When Diego Iigo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Chupacabras Reborn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Iigo couldn't finish the play. The Chupacabras Reborn players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Timbues FC were winning 0-1.

When Silverio Belarmo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Timbues FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Belarmo couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd match minute, Chupacabras Reborn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Elizardo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Chupacabras Reborn's Edgardo Peter got control of the ball when Sebastian Soter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carmelo Innocenzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Alejo Inguma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carmelo Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melquiades Chepe got free with Edgardo Peter in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79thth minute of the game Silverio Belarmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chupacabras Reborn's Edgardo Peter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute, Melquiades Chepe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 84 played minutes, Timbues FC's Braulio Ladio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgardo Peter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Timbues FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Chupacabras Reborn's Iker Frichoso got a free kick in the 85th minute. Melquiades Chepe took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Peter. Edgardo Peter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Chupacabras Reborn's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Silverio Belarmo 91 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Melquiades Chepe scored 0-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgardo Peter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Timbues FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
