Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicasio Ilazki started the match with the kick off. Marco Isias came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo FC's Emiliano Edorta. But to his dismay, Emiliano Edorta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Villa Castelar's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Fidele came free, but Marco Isias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Segundo Bermudez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palermo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Marco Isias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Edorta in the 16th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, Palermo FC's Emiliano Edorta made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Isias was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Villa Castelar's Fausto Odilon got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 25 played minutes Villa Castelar got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Odilon. Villa Castelar's Marco Isias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Edorta in the 33rd minute of play. Ramon Cedro kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Villa Castelar's Andres Martxel got a free kick in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Villa Castelar's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Fidele came free, but Marco Isias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Nicasio Ilazki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Celio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villa Castelar's Marco Isias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Edorta in the 47th minute of play. Hugo Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 48th minute of the match Bernardino Iratzeder shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Isias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Bermudez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marco Isias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Bermudez in the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Edorta in the 55th minute of play forced Villa Castelar's goalkeeper Marco Isias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 played minutes Palermo FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Fidele. Bruno Gentza's late challenge caught a Palermo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Gentza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Villa Castelar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Gentza to maneuver through the defense. Segundo Bermudez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Marco Isias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Isias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emiliano Edorta in the 64th minute. Villa Castelar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Tomás Fidele scored to the left of an out of position Marco Isias, making the score, 0-5. Anselmo Bonadona took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Isias. Marco Isias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Palermo FC's Ulises Celio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Martxel in the 79th minute of play. Raul Mikelar kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Bernardino Iratzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Iratzeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emiliano Edorta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Isias having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Hugo Chumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Domingos Venerando fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palermo FC's protests and gave Domingos Venerando a yellow card for diving instead. Domingos Venerando kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Gregorio Rexino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Celio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Palermo FC's Tomás Fidele in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Castelar's goalie prevented a goal. Palermo FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
