Gwidon Michalski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Hacha. Evelio Meder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Michalski having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Evelio Meder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Hacha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Meder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Yupandú FC booed when Atlético Hacha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Kepa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Yupandú FC's Cayetano Fernado got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Yupandú FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cayetano Fernado hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvester Radalj in the 39th minute of play forced Yupandú FC's goalkeeper Gwidon Michalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Yupandú FC's Cayetano Fernado got a free kick in the 40th minute. A hard and well directed shot from Evelio Meder led 41 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Yupandú FC's Gwidon Michalski became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-4. In the 44th match minute, Yupandú FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Cordaryal to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, one of Yupandú FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yupandú FC. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvester Radalj was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Yupandú FC's Isaac Illan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Domínguez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Cristian Kepa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Michalski having to interfere. Silvester Radalj showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. In the 89th play minute Jose Llorienzo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gwidon Michalski. 1-9. In the 94th minute, Atlético Hacha's Evelio Meder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-10. When the match was over Atlético Hacha could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Yupandú FC throughout the match.
