With an all-out effort, Rüsselkäfer F.C's Fulgencio Goren threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Válbson Luz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marco Kelemen kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Wilian Breckenfeld ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulgencio Goren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Mario Inguma charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Inguma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Independiente Futbol Club's Rogelio Roldan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rogelio Roldan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Independiente Futbol Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rogelio Roldan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Rüsselkäfer F.C booed when Independiente Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Roldan didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Independiente Futbol Club's Fulgencio Goren got control of the ball when Wilian Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Independiente Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Inguma to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Rüsselkäfer F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Urbasa came free, but Romeo Tino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Independiente Futbol Club's Fulgencio Goren got control of the ball when Wilian Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeledon Urbasa in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Tino saved Rüsselkäfer F.C from getting behind. In the 47th minute Zeledon Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Tino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilian Breckenfeld stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fulgencio Goren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Luz in the 53rd minute of the match. Anacleto Manny charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anacleto Manny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Rüsselkäfer F.C got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Manny. Wilian Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Zeledon Urbasa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Romeo Tino. Zeledon Urbasa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. A collision led to Rüsselkäfer F.C getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Cecilio Rey hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Independiente Futbol Club's Mario Inguma tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, German Sendoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carolo Frutos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Romeo Tino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 84 minutes into the match, Zeledon Urbasa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romeo Tino, 1-2. Carolo Frutos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Romeo Tino made a huge save. In the 89th minute Zeledon Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Tino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Rüsselkäfer F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Urbasa came free, but Romeo Tino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Zeledon Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Tino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Independiente Futbol Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
