With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Roverano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute, Al Sjøholm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Masía Fútbol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Al Sjøholm came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the La Masía Fútbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Al Sjøholm couldn't finish the play. Luis Lleir hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. If Al Sjøholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustavo Roverano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Dalman in the 39th minute of play. Al Sjøholm charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Al Sjøholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Xabat in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Roverano saved La Masía Fútbol from getting behind. Dan Dalman hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Gustavo Roverano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Dalman in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, La Masía Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Dalman came free, but Gustavo Roverano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özcan Refah struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gustavo Roverano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ. Özcan Refah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Roverano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narciso Xabat's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. La Masía Fútbol's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
