A beautiful save bye G.F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Calabria Norte's Ulises Donostia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Calabria Norte from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Epifanio Tuste sped through G.F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Iruinea. Calabria Norte's Ricardo Santio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celso Milian in the 17 minute of the game. 18 minutes into the game, Epifanio Tuste cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Maximino Iruinea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Lope in the 22nd minute of play forced G.F.C's goalkeeper Maximino Iruinea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calabria Norte's Epifanio Tuste got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Epifanio Tuste put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Maximino Iruinea. When Cristian Lehior came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Calabria Norte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Lehior couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the match, Cristian Lehior had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximino Iruinea. G.F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Lehior was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The audience was convinced that Epifanio Tuste's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Iruinea was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. The Calabria Norte fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Calabria Norte's Epifanio Tuste looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Epifanio Tuste scored 0-7 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Iruinea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Bonifacio Pello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Gil was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Cristian Lehior made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Iruinea. G.F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. A collision led to Calabria Norte getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cristian Lehior hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in G.F.C's zone, Epifanio Tuste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Iruinea came out of the goal and Epifanio Tuste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximino Iruinea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 63rd minute, Cristian Lehior got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leandro Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Lope's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maximino Iruinea firmly grabbed it by the left post. Epifanio Tuste scored 0-11 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Iruinea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, G.F.C's Fabricio Hanni got a free kick in the 78th minute. Victorino Ezkerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximino Iruinea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Santio in the 82nd minute of play. Maximino Iruinea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Tuste's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 0-12 when Epifanio Tuste sped through G.F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Iruinea. After 89th play minutes Epifanio Tuste shot 0-13, a short shot which went by Maximino Iruinea and just under the crossbar into goal. Maximino Iruinea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Calabria Norte's Epifanio Tuste was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 95th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The G.F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Calabria Norte were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
