Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emilio Galo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Isaias Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Jon in the 6th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Jaime Bermund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mabu en Jarrita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Bermund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute, Metán's Emilio Galo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leon Bilbo. Leon Bilbo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 16 minutes, Jaime Bermund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mabu en Jarrita and the Metán players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaime Bermund hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Leon Bilbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Gartzi in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mabu en Jarrita's goalkeeper Leon Bilbo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mabu en Jarrita's zone, Filiberto Gartzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Bilbo came out of the goal and Filiberto Gartzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes Mabu en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Santos Louis. Metán's Filiberto Jerardo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mabu en Jarrita. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Mannuel got free with Leon Bilbo in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abelardo Olivar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Leon Bilbo made a huge save. If Emilio Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucio Jon was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Raul Mannuel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Metán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Filiberto Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Leon Bilbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes, Emilio Galo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Metán and the Mabu en Jarrita players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mabu en Jarrita booed when Metán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Galo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaias Bastia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucio Jon in the 63rd minute. Leon Bilbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Mannuel in the 65th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Lucio Jon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isaias Bastia. Lucio Jon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Abelardo Olivar charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Olivar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Metán getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Abelardo Olivar hit a great ball. Enzo Fidencio, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Filiberto Jerardo made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Abelardo Olivar however managed to control. Leon Bilbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Mannuel in the 89th minute of play. Mabu en Jarrita's Leon Bilbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Dorio in the 91st minute of play. Leon Bilbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Mannuel in the 93rd minute of the match. Mauro Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Metán's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
