After a rather tough play, Piñero AFC's Paolo Barbosa got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Piñero AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Trzenzalski came free, but Hipolito Ponciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Franciszek Trzenzalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Ponciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hipolito Ponciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastián Penco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastián Penco to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franciszek Trzenzalski got free with Hipolito Ponciano in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franciszek Trzenzalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kadir Velican might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hipolito Ponciano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kadir Velican ran back to his position shaking his head. Kadir Velican was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Florida's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 67 minutes in the game, Sebastián Penco fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hipolito Ponciano having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Kadir Velican fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hipolito Ponciano, passed just outside the right post. Filomeno Arlo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastián Penco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hipolito Ponciano. That made the score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. Hipolito Ponciano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franciszek Trzenzalski in the 79th minute. Florida's Hernan Izel was substituted for Kadir Velican. After 92 minutes of play, Florida's Franciszek Trzenzalski made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hipolito Ponciano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florida played a much better game than Piñero AFC and deserved their victory. The Piñero AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
