An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Illan in the 6th minute of play forced Club Atletico Talleres's goalkeeper Gabriel Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Haimar came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Winners's Lázaro Rolado. But to his dismay, Lázaro Rolado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gabriel Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Illan in the 10th minute of the match. Feliciano Efraim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Aguirre having to interfere. If Lázaro Rolado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Julian Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winners's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Illan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Haimar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 played minutes Club Atletico Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Telo. A collision led to Club Atletico Talleres getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Augusto Deunoro hit a great ball. In the 28th minute Julian Illan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winners were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Club Atletico Talleres's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cirilo Abeitia took the corner. Lázaro Rolado struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Gabriel Haimar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winners. Gabriel Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Rolado, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Lázaro Rolado struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Gabriel Haimar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winners. The Club Atletico Talleres fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Winners were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
