In the 9th minute, Wilfredo Quinto made a precise shot to the right of Jeremias Iban. La Polenta Taragnarock's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 13 minutes into the match, La Polenta Taragnarock's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Quinto came free, but Jeremias Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Wilfredo Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Iban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leones FC were furious when Nestor Rito was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leones FC! 18 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Cefero came free, but Leopoldo Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Javier Richie. In the 20th minute, Dario Gaizko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Nicanor Florinio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Jeremias Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Quinto in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Polenta Taragnarock's Ambrosio Jacob got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jeremias Iban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ambrosio Jacob fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Polenta Taragnarock's protests and gave Ambrosio Jacob a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, La Polenta Taragnarock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Jacob to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicanor Florinio in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Iban saved La Polenta Taragnarock from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jeremias Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Florinio in the 54th minute of the match. Edgardo Calvino hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Nicanor Florinio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jeremias Iban, 0-4. Jeremias Iban came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Leones FC's Nicanor Florinio. But to his dismay, Nicanor Florinio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Jeremias Iban was a little too slow when Wilfredo Quinto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-6. Jeremias Iban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo Quinto in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute of the game, Wilfredo Quinto landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 80 minutes into the game, Timoteo Abar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Polenta Taragnarock's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leones FC the free kick. After 82 played minutes La Polenta Taragnarock got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Abar. With a little luck, La Polenta Taragnarock's Jeremias Iban got control of the ball when Nicolas Bizi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 97 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Peyo. Leones FC played a much better game than La Polenta Taragnarock and deserved their victory. The La Polenta Taragnarock players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
