Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Maximiliano Mosen made the kick off which started today's match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Jose Eguzki put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, La Polenta Taragnarock's Jose Eguzki got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 7 minutes, Roberto Amato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Universitario de Tandil and the La Polenta Taragnarock players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roberto Amato hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. When Maximiliano Mosen came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the La Polenta Taragnarock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Mosen couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victoriano Cordero in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Víctor Javier Domínguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 17 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Mosen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Víctor Javier Domínguez. Maximiliano Mosen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 19th match minute, La Polenta Taragnarock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Raitin to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Henrico Ortega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Iban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Einar Põld made a precise shot to the right of Jeremias Iban. La Polenta Taragnarock's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Mosen in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Víctor Javier Domínguez saved Universitario de Tandil from getting behind. Gaspar Blasi scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Iban, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute La Polenta Taragnarock were awarded a corner. Fausto Cefero went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on La Polenta Taragnarock's corner Fausto Cefero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Víctor Javier Domínguez quite easily take care of the ball. When Victoriano Cordero got free in front of the goal in the 42nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Víctor Javier Domínguez was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, La Polenta Taragnarock's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Põld came free, but Jeremias Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Universitario de Tandil's Víctor Javier Domínguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Mosen in the 54th minute of play. Jacobo Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Mosen in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Víctor Javier Domínguez saved Universitario de Tandil from getting behind. In the 60th match minute, La Polenta Taragnarock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Gaur to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of La Polenta Taragnarock booed when Universitario de Tandil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Acuña didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Roberto Amato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute of the match Fausto Cefero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Víctor Javier Domínguez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrico Ortega got free with Jeremias Iban in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th match minute, La Polenta Taragnarock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Gaur to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Cordero in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Víctor Javier Domínguez saved Universitario de Tandil from getting behind. Jeremias Iban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrico Ortega in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the game, Gaspar Blasi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jeremias Iban. Gaspar Blasi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Universitario de Tandil's Maik Sawitzki was substituted for Gaspar Blasi. After 79 played minutes Universitario de Tandil got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Kimetz. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Maximiliano Mosen sped through Universitario de Tandil's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Víctor Javier Domínguez. After 87 minutes, Victoriano Cordero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Polenta Taragnarock and the Universitario de Tandil players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes La Polenta Taragnarock got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Cordero. Jeremias Iban was a little too slow when Einar Põld got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 2-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Universitario de Tandil had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
