The referee showed Adolfo Miro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adolfo Miro hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Leoncio in the 14th minute of play forced TURCOS ARGENTINOS's goalkeeper Alfonso Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute of the match, Ernani Pinho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Santos Claris saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Erubiel Sedeni kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Villa Ortuzar's Santos Claris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Loreto in the 57th minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game Alvaro Loreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Ortuzar's Santos Claris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of TURCOS ARGENTINOS booed when Villa Ortuzar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Villa Ortuzar's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Loreto came free, but Santos Claris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes TURCOS ARGENTINOS got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Sedeni. Alfonso Maurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Leoncio in the 76th minute of play. When Cláudio Echeverri came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Villa Ortuzar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio Echeverri couldn't finish the play. Santos Claris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Pinho in the 82nd minute of play. TURCOS ARGENTINOS were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Villa Ortuzar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Orlando Bidari took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Alvaro Loreto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 87 minutes into the match, Villa Ortuzar's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Arapașu came free, but Santos Claris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Echeverri was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Villa Ortuzar's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. TURCOS ARGENTINOS's Adolfo Miro got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Adolfo Miro off the ground. The supporters of Villa Ortuzar booed when TURCOS ARGENTINOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Miro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TURCOS ARGENTINOS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Villa Ortuzar had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
