Without hesitation aimed to the right of Semen Litavrin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Atlas booed when Sportivo Pejerrey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Tonheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Chap in the 11th minute of play forced Sportivo Pejerrey's goalkeeper Sixto Baudelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes Atlas got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Larpe. Julian Quintana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Semen Litavrin made a huge save. Semen Litavrin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Quintana showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Geronimo Venceslas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Pejerrey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Venceslas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atlas's Semen Litavrin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Atlas from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the match, Sportivo Pejerrey's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Fortun came free, but Sixto Baudelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guido Mancio during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Atlas's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Chap was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Baudelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Sportivo Pejerrey booed when Atlas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Tauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sportivo Pejerrey fans cheered their team off the field, for while Atlas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
