The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksandr Chernavin was the one to do the kick off. Augusto Galo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Universidad Emilhense's Aleksandr Chernavin. But to his dismay, Aleksandr Chernavin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When Aleksandr Chernavin came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Universidad Emilhense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksandr Chernavin couldn't finish the play. If Teodoro Vizcarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Aleksandr Chernavin made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Galo. Francisco Alvarez FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 69th match minute, Francisco Alvarez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Semeno to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Vizcarra in the 74th minute of play forced Francisco Alvarez FC's goalkeeper Augusto Galo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Placido Peli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Universidad Emilhense's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
