Enzo Bingen helped the player get up and apologised. Enzo Bingen hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Independiente's Kimung Supriadi got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Conrado Txilar notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tandil AFC's Jairo Phelipe. Jairo Phelipe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gabriel Ermano kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Tayyar Kuman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jairo Phelipe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Independiente's Beto Bologna got control of the ball when Romulo Monico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beto Bologna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Guerau in the 24th minute of the match. Jairo Phelipe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Quinito in the 29th minute of the match. With a little luck, Independiente's Beto Bologna got control of the ball when Romulo Monico tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Tandil AFC's Patricio Guerau ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Beto Bologna. Beto Bologna yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The Tandil AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Independiente were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Txilar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jairo Phelipe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Txilar in the 55th minute. Jairo Phelipe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Txilar in the 59th minute of play. Clodoveo Blai took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Beto Bologna. Independiente's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 75th minute, Enzo Bingen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairo Phelipe was a little too slow when Conrado Txilar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-3. Maximiliano Oro hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Independiente's 楚翔瑜 broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Tandil AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Txilar came free, but Jairo Phelipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Tandil AFC's goalkeeper Jairo Phelipe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kimung Supriadi. In the 88th minute Conrado Txilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Phelipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Phelipe came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Independiente's Conrado Txilar. But to his dismay, Conrado Txilar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. If Zeledon Hulberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match was over Independiente could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tandil AFC throughout the match.
