Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Isidro Afonso got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Cosme Frasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alberdi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Frasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Bautista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cecilio Oton charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cecilio Oton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Belgrano FC's Cecilio Oton got a free kick in the 12th minute. Hermengildo Bautista was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Isidro Afonso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isidro Afonso really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Pablo Arnau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Oliviero in the 22nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Erramu in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Arnau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belgrano FC's Hernan Dei got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Alberdi FC's zone, Silverio Gelmiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Arnau came out of the goal and Silverio Gelmiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Alberdi FC's Marcial Fagildo got a free kick in the 47th minute. The supporters of Belgrano FC booed when Alberdi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Fagildo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Apolo Erramu to strike the kick off in the second half. Apolo Erramu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Pablo Arnau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cosme Frasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Elvio Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apolo Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Apolo Erramus short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Pablo Arnau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Alberdi FC's zone, Apolo Erramu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Arnau came out of the goal and Apolo Erramu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 77 minutes, Silverio Gelmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgrano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Gelmiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosme Frasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Bautista having to interfere. Hermengildo Bautista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Frasco in the 91st minute of the match. After 93 minutes Belgrano FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roman Cortez who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jeremias Tiniebra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Belgrano FC's Hermengildo Bautista did a great save. With his leg Pablo Arnau managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Belgrano FC's Apolo Erramu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
