Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dionisio Txilar kicked off to start the match. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Dionisio Txilar put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aaron Rodriguez. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Membrillar FC! When the match had been going on for 12 minutes, Tobuna AFC's Cornelio Nisio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gerard Quintero. Tobuna AFC's Aaron Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Txilar in the 17th minute of play. Silverio Haimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aaron Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Hélio Arósio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Aaron Rodriguez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Membrillar FC's Dionisio Txilar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aaron Rodriguez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Domingos Pelagius fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Membrillar FC's protests and gave Domingos Pelagius a yellow card for diving instead. Domingos Pelagius hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Gerard Quintero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Astrada, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Dionisio Txilar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Rodriguez having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Braulio Astrada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Membrillar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Nofre came free, but Gerard Quintero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Pelagius in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Rodriguez saved Tobuna AFC from getting behind. In the 58th minute, Dionisio Txilar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aaron Rodriguez. The goal made the score 1-4. Dionisio Txilar struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Aaron Rodriguez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Membrillar FC. When Dionisio Txilar, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 62 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Aaron Rodriguez was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Aaron Rodriguez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionisio Txilar's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Membrillar FC's Silverio Haimar got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gerard Quintero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Astrada in the 68th minute of play. Ulises Pello hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Braulio Astrada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Membrillar FC's Gerard Quintero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Dionisio Txilar took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Aaron Rodriguez to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Silverio Haimar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aaron Rodriguez. That made the score 1-6 in the 74 minute of play. Dionisio Txilar charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dionisio Txilar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tobuna AFC booed when Membrillar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Txilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dionisio Txilar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Membrillar FC's Silverio Haimar got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Tobuna AFC's Aaron Rodriguez got control of the ball when Domingos Pelagius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerard Quintero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Nofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Txilar got free with Aaron Rodriguez in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
