When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romulo Segio made a kick off. In the 56th minute, CHICAGO's Romulo Segio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Freddy Nofre. Freddy Nofre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After 61 minutes of play, CHICAGO's Cleto Santiago made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Freddy Nofre was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emilio Bingen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Freddy Nofre managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when CHICAGO's Cleto Santiago fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cleto Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Freddy Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulo Segio succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. Samuel Dolfo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Melincué FC's Emilio Bingen. But to his dismay, Emilio Bingen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Cleto Santiago took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Freddy Nofre to make any attempt to save it. Cleto Santiago came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Freddy Nofre could save by the left post. Melincué FC's Freddy Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Segio in the 91st minute of play. Cleto Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Freddy Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Melincué FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
