Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Santiago Baraquiel made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Bingen came free, but Guido Oxarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Urtsua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Freddy Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Ruperto Urtsua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Nofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes Melincué FC got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Matteo. A collision led to Melincué FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ulises Dominic hit a great ball. Ruperto Urtsua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute Ruperto Urtsua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Nofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Baraquiel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Freddy Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Baraquiel in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddy Nofre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guido Oxarra made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Adan Beti sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Liniers de Bahia Blanca getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Marcelo Truylos hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Santiago Baraquiel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddy Nofre was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Sebastian Luix got a free kick in the 36th minute. Melincué FC's Freddy Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Baraquiel in the 40th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Baraquiel in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddy Nofre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Freddy Nofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Baraquiel in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute Santiago Baraquiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Nofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the match, Melincué FC's goalkeeper Freddy Nofre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Urtsua. Freddy Nofre was a little too slow when Santiago Baraquiel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 62nd minute, Melincué FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ruperto Urtsua fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 64th minute of the match, Santiago Baraquiel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Freddy Nofre saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ruperto Urtsua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Santiago Baraquiel in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Santiago Baraquiel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Freddy Nofre. That made the score 0-2 after 72 minutes of play. Ruperto Urtsua might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Freddy Nofre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Urtsua ran back to his position shaking his head. 83 minutes into the match, Melincué FC's goalkeeper Freddy Nofre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Urtsua. With an all-out effort, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Freddy Nofre threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santiago Baraquiel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Urtsua got free with Freddy Nofre in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Melincué FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Ruperto Urtsua took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Nofre. Freddy Nofre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ruperto Urtsua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Nofre having to interfere.
