Esteban Godoy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 39 minutes into the game, Donato Kismi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Fla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cambaceres the free kick. A collision led to El Fla getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Donato Kismi hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Saverio Ferdinand took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Esteban Godoy to make any attempt to save it. Esteban Godoy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilario Gervaso went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score.

After 76 minutes of play, El Fla's Severiano Larpe made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteban Godoy was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute Niceto Ascencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Ferdinand in the 86th minute of the match. Esteban Godoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Larpe in the 87th minute of play. After 90 minutes of play Cambaceres's Mariano Unai was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
