The referee ignored Asociacion Pràsino Dalton's protests and gave Francisco Avellaneda a yellow card for diving instead. Victoriano Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Savier, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celestino Aballe got free with Victoriano Ihazintu in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, Federico Estevon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Asociacion Pràsino Dalton's Victoriano Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Savier in the 95th minute of play. With a little luck, Asociacion Pràsino Dalton's Victoriano Ihazintu got control of the ball when Celestino Aballe tried to sneak it across the goal line.
