Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zeledon Aimar started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Nerylm FC got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Benat. The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Iztal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Liher was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. If Teodosio Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nerylm FC's goalkeeper Severiano Lauro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severiano Lauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Esteve Oinatz's late challenge caught a Gallinas fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteve Oinatz helped the player get up and apologised. Esteve Oinatz hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Gallinas fc's Zeledon Aimar in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nerylm FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 32nd minute, Esteve Oinatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Lauro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeledon Aimar's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. If Teodosio Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 47 played minutes Nerylm FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Sayveon. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Iztal to make the kick off. Severiano Lauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Aimar in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Gallinas fc's goalkeeper Fabio Liher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristobal Dalmau. Severiano Lauro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodosio Rodas's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Cirilo Silvino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severiano Lauro. Nerylm FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cristobal Dalmau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Fabio Liher made a huge save. In the 72nd minute Arnoldo Iztal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnoldo Iztal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabio Liher. That made the score 1-1 in the 74 minute of play. Severiano Lauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Aimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Nerylm FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Eate to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Aimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Lauro having to interfere. Severiano Lauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Aimar in the 91st minute of play. Nerylm FC's Severiano Lauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Rodas in the 94th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
