Silvestre Rudolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Piorno having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Rodilla fc's goalkeeper Conrado Piorno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvestre Rudolfo. Conrado Piorno came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Trelew's Silvestre Rudolfo. But to his dismay, Silvestre Rudolfo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Claudio Argoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Markel, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Victorino Lain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Claudio Argoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trelew's Claudio Argoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Lain in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Trelew's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Lain came free, but Claudio Argoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Tomas Orland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Argoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Rodilla fc's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Isaio came free, but Conrado Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Piorno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Isaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Isaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvestre Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Silvestre Rudolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Uriel Markel to make the kick off. Trelew's Marcos Isaio got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Piorno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Isaio in the 60th minute of play. Silvestre Rudolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Piorno having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Marcos Isaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Piorno was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Conrado Piorno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Isaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Trelew's Marcos Isaio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Conrado Piorno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudio Argoitz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Agustin Banegas. The audience was convinced that Marcos Isaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Piorno was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Trelew fully deserved thier win.
