In the 14thth minute of the game Ezequiel Palos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UltraMillonarios's Mario Txindoki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luciano Luix took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Söderström. André Söderström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Villa Luro's goal looked a bit too open when Rey Maradona came free, but André Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Luciano Luix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UltraMillonarios fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The throw-in from Ruben Ranolfo in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by UltraMillonarios's Benedicto Cordaryal. In the 31st match minute, UltraMillonarios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Cordaryal to maneuver through the defense. Ezequiel Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Txindoki having to interfere. André Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rey Maradona in the 35th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Ezequiel Palos took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Mario Txindoki to make any attempt to save it. If Anton Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. El Fortín de Villa Luro's André Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rey Maradona in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, El Fortín de Villa Luro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Palos to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Luix made a kick off. Anton Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Txindoki having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Rey Maradona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UltraMillonarios fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 64th minute of the match, Luciano Luix got a very nice opportunity to score, but André Söderström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 68th minute Luciano Luix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Cordaryal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After taking down the ball on El Fortín de Villa Luro's corner Kryspin Zacharek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mario Txindoki quite easily take care of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Fernan Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Luciano Luix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving André Söderström. That made the score 1-5 in the 84 minute of play. El Fortín de Villa Luro's Augusto Remir got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mario Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Palos in the 95th minute of play. UltraMillonarios's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
