Limarna AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Romelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Ponciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobias Romelio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrigo Ponciano having to make a save. Tobias Romelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Mosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Limarna AFC's Tobias Romelio got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Luzea in the 22nd minute of play forced Limarna AFC's goalkeeper Alejandro Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Romelio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Ponciano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LA VECCHIA SIGNORA FC's Abelardo Luzea got a free kick in the 34th minute. Rodrigo Ponciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Lekubegi in the 65th minute of the match. Elvio Pes charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elvio Pes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Limarna AFC booed when LA VECCHIA SIGNORA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Pes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Romelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Manuel Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Limarna AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute Tobias Romelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Ponciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Romelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rodrigo Ponciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Romelio in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Tobias Romelio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA VECCHIA SIGNORA FC's Rodrigo Ponciano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tobias Romelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Ponciano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tobias Romelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Alejandro Perez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Mosen in the 88th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Tobias Romelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limarna AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Romelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 93 played minutes LA VECCHIA SIGNORA FC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Pes. When Tobias Romelio came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Limarna AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Romelio couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Limarna AFC were the better team. Limarna AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
