After 17 played minutes Trelew got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Rudolfo. In the 19th minute, Honorio Senio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Palos in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Argoitz saved Trelew from getting behind. A collision led to El Fortín de Villa Luro getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Nicanor Gomesano hit a great ball. André Söderström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvestre Rudolfo in the 32nd minute. Trelew's Claudio Argoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Remir in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Nicanor Gomesano managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Fortín de Villa Luro's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Gomesano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Argoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Ezequiel Palos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Argoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 41st minute, Haroldo Silvino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Augusto Remir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Fortín de Villa Luro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Remir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Augusto Remir managed to get in a good position for a shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Isaio made a kick off. Anibal Salvidor really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. In the 71st minute, Ezequiel Palos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Fortín de Villa Luro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. Claudio Argoitz was a little too slow when Anton Svensson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-8. In the 80th minute, El Fortín de Villa Luro's Anibal Salvidor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Claudio Argoitz. Claudio Argoitz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. If Ezequiel Palos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes, Ezequiel Palos made it 1-10 with a short kick to the right side. Trelew's Claudio Argoitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Trelew's goalkeeper Claudio Argoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. El Fortín de Villa Luro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
