The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Rodeo FC's Tomas Papo threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lisandro Atarratze, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 72 played minutes Mogote FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Tirso. Rodeo FC's Alvaro Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Quintan in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Aureliano Quintan made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Ospetsu. Rodeo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Alvaro Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Pelagius in the 92nd minute of the match. Mogote FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Mauro Maore scored to the left of an out of position Tomas Papo, making the score, 2-1. Rodeo FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Mogote FC had won, even though Rodeo FC had held more of the ball.
