After 13 played minutes Hersilia Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Michael Crockett. 16 minutes into the match, Hersilia Futbol Club's goalkeeper Bernardino Banegas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luizinho Mello. 17 minutes into the match, Sepultura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Birila came free, but Ernesto Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luizinho Mello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardino Banegas having to make a save. Shaheen Al Najdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Banegas having to interfere. When Shaheen Al Najdi came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Sepultura FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shaheen Al Najdi couldn't finish the play. Luizinho Mellos short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Bernardino Banegas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Julian Beturian got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Efrain Normando. With an all-out effort, Sepultura FC's Bernardino Banegas threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luizinho Mello, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hersilia Futbol Club's Bernardino Banegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Mello in the 40th minute of play. Sepultura FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filipe Silva in the 42nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Filipe Silva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernardino Banegas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luizinho Mello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Bernardino Banegas made a huge save. 46 minutes into the game, Manuel Berart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sepultura FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hersilia Futbol Club the free kick. Manuel Berart hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Jacinto Joseph put in a rough tackle. In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Hersilia Futbol Club. Darius Lancaster stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ernesto Santio. 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Modesto Birila to make the kick off. In the 57th match minute, Sepultura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Gaxan to maneuver through the defense. Modesto Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Santio having to interfere. If Fausto Confesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Crockett, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The audience was convinced that Shaheen Al Najdi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardino Banegas was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Sepultura FC's Shaheen Al Najdi got a free kick in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Hersilia Futbol Club getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Carolo Primeiro hit a great ball. Julian Beturian took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardino Banegas. Bernardino Banegas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Fausto Confesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 100 minutes, Fausto Confesor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sepultura FC and the Hersilia Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sepultura FC getting a freekick after 100 minutes play. Fausto Confesor hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Sepultura FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
