Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Hersilia Futbol Club's Modesto Birila started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Modesto Birila in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Osvaldo Haritz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hersilia Futbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Darius Lancaster in the 6th minute. A nice corner shot did that Carolo Primeiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Osvaldo Haritz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rosendo Matai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Banegas having to interfere. Andres Hibai might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardino Banegas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Hibai ran back to his position shaking his head. Diego Raulo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the game, Hersilia Futbol Club's Modesto Birila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Haritz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Rosendo Matai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardino Banegas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Matai, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hersilia Futbol Club's zone, Andres Hibai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Banegas came out of the goal and Andres Hibai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Modesto Birila came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Hersilia Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Birila couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andres Hibai to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Hibai got free with Bernardino Banegas in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hersilia Futbol Club's Bernardino Banegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Arce in the 55th minute of play. Alfredo Bartuelo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Filomeno Balendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres Hibai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hersilia Futbol Club's Bernardino Banegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Matai in the 71st minute of play. Erasmo Ihazintu kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Bernardino Banegas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres Hibai in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Hersilia Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Balendin. Hersilia Futbol Club's Bernardino Banegas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Hersilia Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Hersilia Futbol Club's Bernardino Banegas got control of the ball when Andres Hibai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Modesto Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Haritz having to interfere. Lose Yourself were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Hersilia Futbol Club to leave the ground with a draw.
