A hard shot 6 in the game by Rodolfo Leheren from a close distance when the talented Tomas Papo managed to make a qualified save. Mogote FC's players were relieved. Rodolfo Leheren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lanus getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Tomás Malbec hit a great ball. With a little luck, Mogote FC's Tomas Papo got control of the ball when Rodolfo Leheren tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 16 played minutes Lanus got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Etxatxu. Lanus's Gaston Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Quintan in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Rodolfo Leheren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lanus's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Leheren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Papo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th play minute Ángel Labruna came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tomas Papo. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Lanus's Rodolfo Leheren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomas Papo. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. Rodolfo Leheren had several of the Mogote FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Tomas Papo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ángel Labruna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Tomas Papo made a huge save. Tomas Papo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Leheren in the 40th minute of the match. Rodolfo Leheren struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Tomas Papo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lanus. In the 45th minute, Rodolfo Leheren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lanus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliano Quintan made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Rodolfo Leheren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mogote FC's Tomas Papo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Rodolfo Leheren sped through Mogote FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomas Papo. A collision led to Mogote FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Melchor Edorta hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ángel Labruna in the 62nd minute of play forced Mogote FC's goalkeeper Tomas Papo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fermin Mergildo scored 6-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Papo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lanus's Rodolfo Leheren got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 72 minutes, Ángel Labruna made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mogote FC's Tomas Papo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76thth minute of the game Rodolfo Leheren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mogote FC's Tomas Papo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Papo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ángel Labruna, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Aureliano Quintan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Leheren in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Papo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute, Rodolfo Leheren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomas Papo was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 96 minutes into the game, Amadeo Mano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lanus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mogote FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Lanus:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mogote FC:s goal. Lanus:s Gaston Chuan showed great skill when he stopped Mariano Baleren:s penalty. In the 99th minute Rodolfo Leheren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Lanus were the better team. Lanus's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
