Xente FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Melchor Marin in the 12th minute. In the 16th minute, Zeledon Sugoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Raymond having to interfere. Alfonso Nel made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Xente FC's Ovidio Eufrasio. When Melchor Marin came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Xente FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melchor Marin couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Melchor Marin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Raymond was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Xente FC's Adrian Ganix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Egoi in the 29th minute of play. A hard shot 30 in the game by Clemente Cebo from a close distance when the talented Emanuel Raymond managed to make a qualified save. Vinchina's players were relieved. The supporters of Xente FC booed when Vinchina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Joey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Ganix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Sugoi in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Clemente Cebo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Vinchina's Emanuel Raymond. Emanuel Raymond was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xente FC's attentive Ovidio Eufrasio managed to snatch the ball when Gaspar Lohitzun made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Cebo in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Raymond saved Vinchina from getting behind. 53 minutes into the match, Xente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Egoi came free, but Adrian Ganix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Clemente Cebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Egoi hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Xente FC's zone, Aldo Eguntsenti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Ganix came out of the goal and Aldo Eguntsenti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Melchor Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Cebo struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Emanuel Raymond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xente FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Eguntsenti in the 74th minute of play forced Xente FC's goalkeeper Adrian Ganix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Egoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adrian Ganix came out and tried to block the shot, but Segundo Egoi slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 77th minute. Emanuel Eufrasio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Artemio Matia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xente FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artemio Matia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Raymond breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melchor Marin took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Raymond. Emanuel Raymond dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. In the 94th minute Melchor Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Raymond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Vinchina defense, Clemente Cebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Raymond. The Vinchina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Raymond should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Xente FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
