When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Fonda made a kick off. Torcato Palha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabino Brites in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Imperio Cordobés FC got a corner. Trilí's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The ball had pretty good speed, but Torcato Palha firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sabino Brites did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Torcato Palha 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Trilí's goalkeeper Torcato Palha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th match minute, Trilí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Quilino to maneuver through the defense. The Trilí fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Imperio Cordobés FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
