Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Curupaity's Emanuel Ipar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Penca FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amado Gonsalvo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 7th minute, Curupaity's Emanuel Ipar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Silvestre Serapio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Penca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curupaity the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Penca FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! Ismael Pere's late challenge caught a Curupaity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Pere helped the player get up and apologised. Curupaity's Joaquin Aurre couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Penca FC. Marcos Bartolome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Argi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cosme Argi took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Bartolome. Marcos Bartolome dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Curupaity's Marcos Bartolome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Silban in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Claudio Firme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Argi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Curupaity getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Anibal Vedillo hit a great ball. If Felix Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Gorri made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Amado Gonsalvo sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Penca FC's Ramiro Gorri got control of the ball when Amado Gonsalvo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
