After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Luisito Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capricornio's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Adrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ceferino Adrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustacio Nastasio during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Eustacio Nastasio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Capricornio were awarded a corner. Bernardo Michael went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Manuelo in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceferino Adrio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Capricornio's Miguel Gurutz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Capricornio from getting a goal against them. Teobaldo Sotil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Eustacio Nastasio made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Gurutz. Capricornio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 33 minutes into the match, Capricornio's goalkeeper Miguel Gurutz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Nastasio. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Benjamin Admon managed to get in a good position for a shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Admon made a kick off. Americo Eladio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Miguel Gurutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Sotil in the 57th minute of the match. Capricornio's Miguel Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Haritzeder in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Capricornio's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Nastasio came free, but Miguel Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisito Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ceferino Adrio made a huge save. Cristobal Haritzeder charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristobal Haritzeder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Estudiantes de La Plata made a substitution. Emilio Orlan replaced Ariel Flor. A collision led to Estudiantes de La Plata getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Cristobal Haritzeder hit a great ball. Capricornio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustacio Nastasio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 75th minute, Eustacio Nastasio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Gurutz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 81 minutes into the match, Teobaldo Sotil notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Capricornio's Miguel Gurutz. Miguel Gurutz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Estudiantes de La Plata's Ceferino Adrio got control of the ball when Luisito Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute Eustacio Nastasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Gurutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisito Batista charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisito Batista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luisito Batista hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes Estudiantes de La Plata got a freekick which was hit by Americo Eladio. Estudiantes de La Plata walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
