Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Osvaldo Presebal kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Somos Nosotros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Regis to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Amador Shepherd notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Casares's Prudencio Gaitan. Prudencio Gaitan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Basilio Edorta during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Casares got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Edorta. After 22 played minutes Somos Nosotros got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Presebal. Somos Nosotros's Mariano Mede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Somos Nosotros from getting a goal against them. Narciso Lon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mariano Mede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Presebal in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prudencio Gaitan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Osvaldo Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 played minutes Casares got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Osasun. In the 41st minute Osvaldo Presebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Gaitan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Presebal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prudencio Gaitan. Casares's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Presebal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. A collision led to Casares getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Narciso Lon hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The wind increased when Osvaldo Magdaleno made the kick off in the second half. Prudencio Gaitan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Presebal, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Mariano Mede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Lon in the 57th minute of the match. Prudencio Gaitan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cayetano Cordara. Casares's Prudencio Gaitan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Casares from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the game, Luisito Osasun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Mariano Mede was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 65 played minutes Casares got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Jerardo. 67 minutes into the match, Casares's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Presebal came free, but Prudencio Gaitan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casares's Prudencio Gaitan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Casares from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osvaldo Presebal got free with Prudencio Gaitan in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Osvaldo Presebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Prudencio Gaitan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osvaldo Presebal got free with Prudencio Gaitan in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Osvaldo Presebal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Gaitan having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Osvaldo Magdaleno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Mede was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. After a defensive mix-up in Casares's zone, Osvaldo Presebal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Gaitan came out of the goal and Osvaldo Presebal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Somos Nosotros walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
