Napoleon FC's Silverio Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Caton in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Napoleon FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Humberto Caton was slow to take the kick. During this time DAME TU COSITA's players had a chance to rest. The corner led DAME TU COSITA's Humberto Caton to fire away a dangerous shot which Silverio Rufo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Oscar Iraitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Artaldo in the 34th minute. Humberto Caton charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Caton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes DAME TU COSITA got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Caton. Marcial Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Gervasio Eguzki was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Alejandro Rocio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DAME TU COSITA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Rocio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Luken was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celestino Telesforo to make the kick off. If Alejandro Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Justin in the 55th minute of play. Gaspar Esiquio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Silverio Rufo made a huge save. Alejandro Rocio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Celestino Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Serafin Justin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Oscar Iraitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind DAME TU COSITA's goalkeeper Oscar Iraitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Celestino Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Severo Dacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, DAME TU COSITA's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Bazil came free, but Oscar Iraitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernabe Vitin hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, DAME TU COSITA's Humberto Caton got a free kick in the 88th minute. Marcial Firmo made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gaspar Esiquio immediately put the ball in play. Oscar Iraitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustin Artaldo went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to DAME TU COSITA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Severo Dacio hit a great ball. In the 96th minute of the match Gervasio Eguzki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oscar Iraitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. DAME TU COSITA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
