Santo Hori shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Paulino Munio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Munio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tobias Delfino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Tadeo Chumo suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Gergori during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eleuterio Gergori kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Obrero Dique de Barda booed when Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramiro Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Blasi in the 33rd minute of play. Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista's Ruben Blasi got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Munio, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Munio was the one to do the kick off. Obrero Dique de Barda's Ramiro Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Munio in the 57th minute of play. If Blas Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes of play Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista's Eleuterio Gergori was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 62 played minutes Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Gergori. Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista's Ruben Blasi got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista's Ruben Blasi in 69 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ramiro Rencio guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 77th match minute, Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Abajas to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Blasi got free with Ramiro Rencio in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the game, Tobias Delfino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Obrero Dique de Barda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista the free kick. The supporters of Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista booed when Obrero Dique de Barda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Delfino didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ruben Blasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Amado Gotzon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tobias Delfino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Obrero Dique de Barda.
